Albert G. Seguy, D.D.S.
Doctor Seguy graduated from U.S.C. School of Dentistry in 1977. He completed a general practice residency with the Veterans Administration Hospital in Long Beach in 1978. Doctor Seguy began practice in the City of Rancho Cucamonga in 1978, and has been in private practice for over 20 years. Professionally, he enjoys the challenges of oral surgery, dental implants, cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Doctor Seguy is a past board member of Tri-County Dental Association, and is currently an active member of Tri-County Dental Society, California Dental Association, and American Dental Association. He volunteers his time at Chaffey College serving on their Dental Assistants Advisory Board. In his free time he enjoys the peace and relaxation afforded by outdoor activities such as snow skiing and boating. The Seguy's reside in Rancho Cucamonga.
Steven D. Hernandez, D.D.S.
Doctor Hernandez graduated from U.S.C. School of Dentistry in 1989. Dr Hernandez joined Baseline Dental Practice in 1994. He enjoys cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. Hernandez is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Tri-County Dental Association. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family in outdoor activities such as camping, skiing and surfing. Dr. Hernandez is married and has two boys who attend Damien High School.
Maurice Firouz, D.D.S.
Doctor Firouz graduated from U.C.L.A. School of Dentistry in 1987, he then completed a specialty training program in Orthodontics at the University of Connecticut in 1989. Dr Firouz has provided Orthodontic Care at Baseline Dental Practice since 1990. He enjoys making a difference in patient’s lives by improving their smiles. In his free time he enjoys swimming and biking. He volunteers his time with the Assistance League of Upland and is a guest lecturer at U.C.L.A.. He is an active member in West Los Angeles Dental Society, California Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the American Association of Orthodontists, among others. He is married and has two children. Dr. Firouz speaks Farsi and Spanish.
Richard R. Buck, D.D.S.
Doctor Buck is a graduate of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. He grew up in the community and is a graduate of Alta Loma High School. Before becoming the newest member of our team at Baseline Dental Practice in 2007, he was a lifelong patient with us as well. He is a testament to the excellence of our practice. Furthermore, Dr. Buck is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Tri-County Dental Association. During his free time he enjoys sports, playing the guitar, and serving in his church.
